Software Feature

ColonyCounter is designed for counting colonies growing on medium.

It has really advanced features of image analysing, but it has very simple interface. So, everybody can use ColonyCounter intuitively.

Although we assume that users use ColonyCounter with their digital camera, please understand that we don't answer questions about your cameras or PC.

24bit color images(bmp or jpeg) are supported, so most of digital cameras can work with ColonyCounter.

Easy Recognition
You can get any color on your screen by dragging mouse from the pallette.

The Pallette is recognising the color under the pointer.

Fast Recognition
ColonyCounter can recognize the number of colonies in one second.(depends on CPU).

ColonyCounter can output Excel(.xls) filesB(Excel has to be installed.)

Zoom in and Zoom out
From 1/2 to 3 times image, you can select the size of your image by right-clicking.

If you don't want to count every colony on the plate, you can select colonies...

YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This Microtec nition (hereinafter referred to as "Microtec") End User License Agreement ("Agreement") accompanies Colony Picker" ("the Software").

Upon your acceptance of this Agreement,
Microtec grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the Software.

1. Use of the Software.
The Software you are going to download is designed to be used by reseachers in laboratries. You are not allowed to copy and distribute the Software without permission of Microtec.

2. Restrictions.
You agree not to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

3. No Warranty.
Microtec makes no warranty as to the use or performance of the Software. Microtec DO NOT and CANNOT warrant the results you may obtain by using the Software.

4. Governing Law.
This Agreement, your rights and obligations contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
